Gamopanda provides a loyalty and gamification platform designed for e-commerce merchants. Our platform allows you to create and manage purchase streaks, challenges, and reward systems for your customers. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature of the Service at any time.

3. Account Registration and Security

To use the Services, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep this information up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Fees and Payment

• Subscription: Certain parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis. You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis.
• Taxes: All fees are exclusive of taxes, and you are responsible for any applicable taxes in your jurisdiction.

5. Merchant Data and Customer Privacy

You retain all rights to the data you provide to us regarding your customers (“Merchant Data”). By using the Service, you grant us a license to process Merchant Data solely to provide the Services. You are responsible for ensuring you have obtained all necessary consents from your customers to share their data with Gamopanda in compliance with applicable data protection laws (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any local, state, or international law.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Platform.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or related networks.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its original content, features, functionality, and logos (the "Gamopanda Brand"), are and will remain the exclusive property of Ayubik Technologies Private Limited. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.
